I hate the term guru.

I hate the term guru.

I’ve got no interest in predicting the future and getting everyone to copy my trades.

Trading’s a very personal thing, and I think people need to realise that. You’ve got to figure out your own personality and psychology, work out what you’re actually interested in trading, and then learn the skills to do that effectively.

None of that can be copied from someone else.

What I try to do is teach the fundamentals and how to think for yourself. Then you go out and hunt.

Trading’s a bit like hunting. We’re all out there trying to make more than we lose.

The way people hunt is different too. If someone wants to stare at one chart all day, I’ll teach them some techniques that help them do that. I don’t want to stare at one all day myself. I did that for long enough in my 20s.

That’s why I talk so much about the process in these emails, and so little about calls to copy. When I share a trade like the NVDA skew divergence or the GDX call spreads, it’s so you can see how I got there. Whether you’d make the same trade is up to you.

Bottom line, I’m here because I like teaching. If I didn’t, I’d be earning a lot more money at a desk somewhere on the “dark side.”

The masterclass is built around exactly that idea. Snippets of my framework, the way I think through a trade from start to finish, and then you take it from there and build your own version.
